All Dili International School class teachers have a Tertiary teaching degree.

Our qualified staff originate mostly from Australia but this is not necessarily intentional. They are selected for their particular aptitude and experience for teaching in their given area of specialization and their aptitude for working in an International environment.

Dili International School also employs part-time specialists to teach certain curriculum areas where required.

Our teaching staff are supported in the classroom by at least one and usually two teacher assistants.
