Dili International School's address is at 14 Rue Avenue de Portugal, Pantai Kelapa, Dili. Coming into the city from the Airport, cross the Comoro River and turn left 300 metres past the bridge, just past Leader store. DIS is another 200 metres along on the right.

DIS comprises two campuses, the junior school and senior school, approximately 150 metres apart.

The upper campus building accommodates the Middle Primary, Upper Primary and Secondary classes, as well as the library and music room. DIS has occupied this facility since February 2003.

The Junior Campus is the site of our Playgroup, Junior Preschool and Preschool classes.

The Primary and Secondary School is located on approximately 3,500 square metres of grounds.

This comprises 12 air-conditioned classrooms, art and science rooms, library, information technology room, music room, a large multipurpose room for assemblies, performances and indoor sports, and a large undercover eating area.

The grounds offer three grassed areas suitable for ball games – soccer, volleyball and other sports, two shaded areas with age appropriate playground equipment, a basketball area, table tennis and handball areas.

The Early Learning Centre is located at a 2,000 square metre site approximately 130 metres down the road from the ‘Upper Campus’ and houses Playgroup, Junior Preschool and Preschool classes.

There are large undercover play spaces and age-appropriate playground equipment. All rooms at both campuses have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning.

All classes have computers and broadband internet.

Both campuses are surrounded by an approved security fence provided by the United States Government to whom we are very grateful.

DIS has security personnel in attendance during the school day and for school activities.

It is expected that an extension at the Upper campus to include a football field and tennis/basketball court will be completed by the end of 2011.
